For female hikers looking for maximum protection, lightness, and comfort in their shoes, Kayland has created the Duke W'S GTX.

SOLE
The sole unit of the Duke GTX has been designed to provide maximum comfort in all situations and on all types of terrains, regardless of their difficulty. The foot is in direct contact with the double-density EVA midsole, which features a soft and welcoming area for the foot and a high-density ESS zone just above the outsole. The Vibram® Duke sole, featuring the two-colour XS Trek compound, contains windows through which the ESS midsole can be seen inside.

UPPER AND LINING
The upper made of fabric Duke GTX features seamless PU overlays and the Gore-Tex Invisible Fit laminate directly on the upper, ensuring exceptional lightness and optimal weather protection.

The Overlasting construction from Kayland offers excellent impact protection, while the polyurethane toe cap protects the foot even on tough and uneven terrains. Additional PU inserts provide even more protection, especially around the ankle and heel.

The shoe closure features the Smart Lacing System that ensures quick and precise lacing in all situations. With the ankle Lock System, they provide a perfectly snug fit and excellent ankle support.

FIT
The well-known comfortable and welcoming fit of Kayland makes a new leap forward thanks to the design of the Duke GTX, which has an anatomical shape that perfectly hugs the contours of the foot.
