For hikers looking for maximum protection, lightness, and comfort in their shoes, Kayland has created Duke W'S GTX.

SOLE
The sole unit of Duke GTX has been designed to provide maximum comfort in all situations and on all types of terrain - no matter the difficulty. The foot is in direct contact with the dual-density EVA midsole, which features a soft, enveloping area for the foot and a high-density ESS zone just above the outsole. The Vibram® Duke sole, with the two-tone XS Trek compound, has windows through which the ESS midsole can be seen inside.

UPPER AND LINING
The textile upper of the Duke GTX features seamless PU overlays and the Gore-Tex Invisible Fit membrane laminated directly onto the upper, ensuring exceptional lightness and optimal weather protection.

The Overlasting construction from Kayland offers excellent shock protection, while the polyurethane reinforcement protects the foot even on hard and uneven terrain. Additional PU inserts provide even greater protection, particularly around the ankle and heel.

The boot's closure system includes the Smart Lacing System, which guarantees quick and precise lacing in all situations. With the Ankle Lock system, they ensure a perfectly snug fit and excellent ankle support.

FIT
The renowned comfortable and enveloping fit of Kayland takes a new leap forward thanks to the design of the Duke GTX, which has an anatomical shape that perfectly follows the contours of the foot.
