HYDRODYNAMIC SWIMMING BOARD The Alignment Kickboard uses a hydrodynamic design to improve body position. The stabilizing hand strap allows you to control the board without the need to hold on to it, creating a perfect body alignment from fingertips to toes. When used correctly, the Alignment Kickboard dips just below the surface of the water, allowing swimmers to stretch their bodies without having to kick at a steep angle. With a shorter design, Alignment Kickboards reduce pressure on the shoulders compared to standard boards.
