RESISTANCE PARACHUTE The swimming parachute consists of a comfortable, adjustable nylon belt attached to a parachute. With two resistance sizes, Red (20CM diameter) and Navy Blue (30CM diameter), the swim parachute offers different levels of resistance for daily training. Resistance training promotes muscle development, and as you increase the resistance and speed, the results are more noticeable once the parachute is removed. The Swim Parachute is versatile as it is compatible with all four swimming strokes and is not obtrusive as it does not interfere with kicking and turning.
