The Eco version of the FAST helmet is externally identical to the more expensive version, hence it features an NVG mount (for attaching a night vision device or action camera) and two ARC rails (4-position accessory rail connectors for mounting various tactical accessories). However, unlike the pricier version, it is slightly less padded, does not come with an Occ-Dial liner kit, and has a different retention strap. Therefore, comfort is a bit lower, and the adjustment options are limited. Moreover, the helmet is supplied without accessories. At this price, it still offers a lot and is also quite suitable for SOF reenactments.

This helmet is made of plastic; it does not have any ballistic protection features!
