Insportline Yoga strap Bokle

Yoga Strap inSPORTline Bokle is a great equipment for yoga beginners who want to perform exercises that they would not be able to do otherwise. The strap is used for getting into more difficult positions. Longer training periods also help you understand the individual exercises better. It can improve the flexibility of your legs, arms and the rest of your body. Take as an expample the so called toe touch stretch - if you cannot reach the feet with your hands, you can use the strap as a support and gradually start to stretch as far as possible. The same technique is also used for exercises where you try to touch your feet behind your back.

Yoga Strap inSPORTline Bokle is made of acrylic fibre (wool-like qualities), which is pleasant to touch. There is a plastic buckle for length adjustment or making a loop. The total lenght of the band is 185 cm.
