The headpiece has an air space above the highest part of the neck, to give maximum freedom to sensitive nerves, muscle attachments, and ligaments that attach to the neck. It also has padded and rounded edges with an anatomical shape around the ears.

The noseband attached to the headpiece is non-removable.

Recommended for horses that:
* Are ridden/shown as hunters
* Do not like to feel restricted
* Are young and/or inexperienced and need a comfortable first noseband
* Are not selectable cradles
