The Spider boots were initially designed for operators of the US Navy SEALs and Green Berets - Tier 1 special operations units, where top quality and maximum performance are needed. The revised model Spider II is a versatile, mid-height shoe that perfectly combines high breathability with exceptional support, stability, and shock absorption. Designed as versatile boots, the Spider II are very adaptable and practical on various terrains during spring, summer, and autumn. Thanks to their thoughtful design and great comfort, they are also suitable for military applications, outdoor activities, and standard everyday use.

The shoes are made from waterproof AIR8000® textile designed by AKU, rubber, and high-quality polymers in a palette of non-reflective, matte colours. The shoes use several modern technologies and patented solutions. The technology includes the Vibram® Spider sole, cut EVA midsole, custom IMS footbed, and Elica Natural Stride system.

The AIR8000® system increases breathability eleven times compared to similar textiles used in comparable boots. Even twenty years after its introduction, AIR8000® remains one of the most advanced technologies, ensuring exceptional breathability of the shoes. An additional thermosetting polyurethane film treatment enhances durability and minimizes moisture absorption. The Vibram® Spider sole is injection-moulded from high-quality rubber with balanced grip that offers optimal performance on all terrains and in all situations requiring extreme grip and total comfort. The Elica Natural Stride system applied in the construction is an anatomical sole that recreates the natural shape of the foot.

The cut EVA midsole provides foot stabilization and an exceptional fit for the best comfort during extended use. The custom IMS technology has been applied to the footbed to amplify the connection between the sole and the midsole and provide optimal shock absorption and stabilization for the best possible comfort in extreme situations. A redesigned quick-lacing system makes lacing the boots easier. The materials used and the reinforced construction of the lace eyelets ensure high wear resistance and longevity of the system.
