This combination allows for upper body workouts using dumbbells or a bar, as well as exercises targeting the back extensor muscles, biceps, thigh muscles, or glutes. The Roman bench can also be used as a preacher curl bench to perform a bicep-targeting exercise. The handles on the sides enable push-ups. Additionally, by tilting the bench downwards, it's possible to do sit-ups. This position is also an attractive option when pressing dumbbells or bars, allowing for a more intense development of the chest muscle.
