Innovative rope ascent handle blocker with integrated pulley, usable in the following areas:

Caving. Used in combination with a chest ascender (e.g. CHEST ASCENDER+), it allows you to ascend on rope using the MAO technique (Fig. A). Rope work. Used in combination with a self-braking descender (e.g. SPARROW), it enables you to ascend on the working rope. Ideal for bolting and cleaning cliffs (Fig B). Main features:

Ergonomic moulded handle providing better efficiency during pulling and greater wear resistance; One-handed lever to open the cam and a system to release the cam that activates with a simple downward movement (patented); Steel cam produced with technology that increases its wear resistance. It has gripping teeth that protect the rope from wear but are also effective in blocking and ascending on the rope. Additionally, it features three slots to prevent mud accumulation and reduce the effort needed to slide the device up the rope in any conditions (muddy, frozen, etc.); Equipped with two connection holes for various uses, an anti-reverse system for the cam, and a secondary hole meant for the connection of a quick link for the stirrup. Warning! The integrated pulley is not PPE and should only be used to assist with rope ascent using the methods indicated and not for lifting people and/or equipment.
