Climbing belayer Click Up

The CLICK UP is an innovative hand-braked belay device designed specifically for cliff climbing, for use with Ø 8.6 ÷ 11 mm single ropes. Compact and lightweight, it can be used to belay the leader as well as the second by manipulating the rope with both hands and winding the climber.

Key features :

• it gives slack quickly and smoothly ;
• it stops a fall by gripping the free end of the rope with the hand;
• to wind the climber, simply apply slight pressure to the device and, with the other hand, maintain tension on the rope strand on the belayer's side;
• optimized for use with all Ø 8.6 ÷ 11 mm single ropes;
• if the rope is incorrectly installed in the device (rope direction reversed), the V-shaped braking grooves specially designed for this type of situation still guarantee effective belaying, allowing the climber to be braked and reeled in without difficulty all the way to the ground.

The CLICK UP is supplied with and must be used with the dedicated CONCEPT SGL HC carabiner, anodized with anti-wear treatment and ACL system which prevents any possibility of working on the small axis.
