We have drawn on over 40 years of experience to bring you the best technologies, such as a Carbitex arch support panel and a thermoformable Thermaform carbon fibre internal heel counter, providing you with the safest fit possible. We believe we have achieved the impossible, wrapping your feet in a lightweight performance-focused second skin while offering breathability and increased durability off-road, as well as our legendary Lake Cycling comfort.

MX Race Last

- Featuring a slightly narrower toe box and a snugger heel than our Competition shape, and a lower overall volume compared to the Sport shape. Our MX Race Last creates a shoe designed for cross-country mountain bike racers, seeking speed on technical tracks and mountain trails. It allows us to produce a lightweight mountain bike shoe that fits like a 'second skin', giving you complete control over the trail ahead. It is designed for very high cadence pedalling, with a performance cut that is sleek and finer, perfect for high-adrenaline mountain bike races.

Outsole
Featuring our famous Lake Race shape, we have used 100% carbon fibre for exceptional stiffness and performance, combined with the added benefits of a rubber outsole that is secure and stable with an all-terrain tread pattern. Additionally, our durable and grippy TPU studs give you the option to add front spikes to keep your feet firmly anchored on the pedals and the technical terrain of the trails.

Lining
This shoe gives you the choice between a lightweight Clarino Microfiber upper or extremely durable helcor leather. Both options provide a Carbitex medial support panel for a secure fit, as well as a temperature-regulating heel and tongue lining thanks to Outlast technology. The Thermaform internal carbon fibre counter adds to the secure fit and stability on mixed terrain. Our MX333 draws from the same Thermaform technology used in the flagship CX403 shoe.

The internal counter is made from thermoformable carbon, allowing for further customization of heel hold. A secure heel will stabilise the foot and eliminate heel slippage, increasing comfort, power transfer, and reducing fatigue, thanks to a more stable foot.

Closure
BOA® Fit System Li2 dials. The Li2 dial is the most advanced platform in cycling, offering a precise and micro-adjustable fit in both directions and designed to withstand abrasion.

Additionally, the plush leather tongue provides a comfortable barrier against the secure grip of the BOA® closure system.
