The production of our boards benefits from a strict set of specifications aimed at achieving more strength with less weight:

Climatized laminating rooms to ensure an ideal humidity level for perfect drying (more strength for the same level of lamination). Vacuum lamination with a drain for excess resin: the fiberglass needs just the right amount of resin for proper soaking. The vacuum process helps draw the resin into the fiber, with the excess being removed through the drain. Too much resin leads to a heavier board, but more importantly, it becomes less sturdy as the fiberglass turns brittle.
