The RunAbout from Schildkröt is a classic scooter for children, made from lightweight and rustproof aluminium. Thanks to the simple height adjustment of the handlebar, the scooter can be used by a wide range of ages. It folds quickly, making it ideal for transport. Its discreet yet trendy design makes the RunAbout a real standout.

The deck: The aluminium deck features a trendy design griptape that ensures good stability. The deck measures 48 x 10 cm, providing enough space even for larger feet. With high-quality aluminium, the total weight of the scooter is just 2.6 kg. The One-Click mechanism, with a quick-release clamp for added safety, allows for easy and quick folding of the scooter. The RunAbout is easy to store and carry.

Handlebar & steering tube: The handlebar and steering tube are also made of high-quality aluminium. The handlebar has a width of 32 cm, and the ends of the handlebar fold in on both sides for compact transport. The handles of the RunAbout handlebar are made of non-slip soft foam. Thanks to a locking mechanism installed on the steering tube, plus a quick-release clamp, the handlebar height can be adjusted between 76 cm and 86 cm (3 levels) for different body sizes.

Wheels & brake: The solid and grippy 145 mm PU wheels are ideal for safe riding. High-quality ABEC5 ball bearings have been integrated into this scooter. At the back, there is a robust steel brake, which also serves as a mudguard. The scooter comes pre-assembled in a transport box with a handle.
