Composition 100% Polyester. Drag suit or brake jersey is an over-jersey designed for strength and/or resistance training.

Small holes on the surface and inside of the jersey allow water to filter through, increasing the surface area and forcing you to push a little harder to move forward. Can be used at any stage of the training plan.

Generally worn over a "classic" swimsuit, it can be worn by men or young men, as well as women or young girls.
