Battlax Racing Street RS11 - The darling of premium sports bikes

The new flagship product of the Racing Street segment, which offers impressive grip and handling performance, has already proven to be faster than its predecessor - the RS10 - with two seconds less on a two-minute lap. It is also the first urban-oriented tyre to feature the V-MS-Belt construction from Bridgestone, tested in competition. The Battlax Racing Street RS11 is the tyre chosen by many manufacturers when they unveil their new premium sports motorcycles, and it officially equips the Yamaha YZF-R1 and YZF-R1M; Kawasaki H2 and H2 Carbon; Suzuki GSX-R 1000 and GSX-R 1000 R. But other models are already in the pipeline.

The Battlax Racing Street RS11 features blocks that ensure exceptional grip on dry surfaces, directly inspired by the grooved racing tyre R11. It also provides excellent behaviour at the contact patch. The rigidity and stability of the rear tyre have been improved with the addition of a "Cap and Base" configuration. Both front and rear tyres use a 3LC rubber composition, unmatched in terms of performance and longevity. At the rear, the V-MS-Belt construction optimises the rigidity of the tread to increase the contact area at the shoulder and maximise grip when the motorcycle is leaned over in corners. Fine carbon particles integrated into the compound used for the shoulder enhance grip, allowing the rider to navigate curves at high speed, with maximum angle - and complete confidence.
