The rope helps keep your arms stable and your rotations smooth, and the lightweight 6-inch premium rubber-covered grips make it easy to hold. Cut and customize the 120" long sheathed rope to the desired length for your height. The ideal length is measured from the bottom of the rope under the foot to the top of the handles at armpit level. The Speed Rope Pro rope does not bend, providing durability for seasons of use.
