The Schildkröt gym ball is a versatile training tool and is suitable as a gym ball, seat ball, yoga ball, for prenatal gymnastics, yoga, fitness ball, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, or for sitting at the office. The balls are made from durable, phthalate-free PVC material. The anti-burst system makes the training ball durable and helps prevent it from bursting. The gym balls Schildkröt can be easily inflated with the included pump - closure caps are included in the packaging. To meet your specific needs, the ball is available in 4 sizes: 55cm, 65cm, 75cm, and 85cm. To choose the right gym ball, you can base it proportionally on your height: <160cm = Ø 55cm, 161 - 175cm = Ø 65cm, 176-181 cm = Ø 75cm, > 180 cm = Ø 85cm. Maximum load: 120kg.
