The new Schildkröt Wooden Balance Board made from plywood trains coordination, balance, and concentration. The shape of the board was inspired by classic surfboards, snowboards, and skateboards. (Dimensions: 73.5 x 28 cm / Roll: Ø 11 cm, 35 cm). During balance training, the non-slip surface provides a good grip. Regular training strengthens the core muscles and improves posture.
