No structural modification of the motorcycle is required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials visible on YouTube.
For online purchases, it is necessary to activate the warranty by sending the appropriate stamped coupon from the installation workshop by email; for physical purchases, the shop stamp is sufficient. The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for race use; removing the db killer is NOT ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as if on the track only, without bags, without a flashlight and license plate holder, or other parts that would conflict with the different throttle angle due to the conversion to race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty. This is effective from the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait for the standard time for repairs.
The new GPR Grand Prix Evo Black Titanium silencer was created to celebrate its 20 years in the MotoGP/Moto2/Moto3 world championship. The first Grand Prix line was introduced in 2005, during the debut of the Konica Minolta Team and rider Makoto Tamada, as well as the LCR Team and rider Casey Stoner. The silencer is conical, with a special shape that varies from a diameter of 90 mm to 130 mm in circumference and a length that varies according to the motorcycle. It is equipped with a ceramic-treated black titanium sleeve that is resistant to high temperatures, and CNC machined caps with pentagonal outlet and db killer.
