For online purchases, it's necessary to activate the warranty by sending the appropriate stamped coupon from the installation workshop by email, for physical purchases, the shop stamp is sufficient. The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as if on the track only, without saddlebags, without flashlights and license plate holders or other parts that could interfere with the different gas angle due to the conversion to racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of product warranty. From the date of purchase, with repair rights returning to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
The new Grand Prix Evo Black Titanium silencer from GPR has been created to celebrate its 20 years of presence in the MotoGP/Moto2/Moto3 World Championship. The first Grand Prix line was presented in 2005 during the debut of the Konica Minolta Team and rider Makoto Tamada, as well as the LCR Team and rider Casey Stoner. The silencer is conical, with a special shape going from a diameter of 90 mm to 130 mm circumference and a variable length depending on the bike. It features a black titanium sleeve treated for high temperature resistance and CNC machined caps with a pentagonal outlet and db killer.

Db killers and removable catalytic converters? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or tamper-proof screws or removing the mounting is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU regulations; this is only possible for use in RACING on tracks. Using the open version on the road does not comply with public road traffic regulations.
The kit can be used for annual official inspection.
Recommendations for installation: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
A specific homologation certificate is provided, along with assembly instructions; each silencer carries the homologation code. In case of problems encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, to immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.
