GPR exhaust compatible with Kawasaki Versys 650 2017-2020, New Grand Prix Evo Titanium, approved and legal, complete exhaust system with catalyst and removable db killer.
No structural modifications to the motorcycle are required for installation in order to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials visible online and on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for race use; removing the db killer is NOT ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the motorcycle as if on the track only, without bags, without a flashlight, and without a license plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different angle of the gas due to the conversion to racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will lead to the loss of the product warranty and any claims will be rejected. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of one needing repairs; the customer must accept reassembling the original exhaust or waiting the standard time for repairs.
The new Grand Prix Evo Titanium silencer from GPR was created to celebrate its 20 years of presence in the MotoGP/Moto2/Moto3 World Championship. The first Grand Prix line was presented in 2005, coinciding with the debut of the Konica Minolta team and rider Makoto Tamada, as well as the LCR team and rider Casey Stoner. The silencer is conical, with a special shape going from a diameter of 90 mm to 130 mm in circumference and a variable length depending on the motorcycle. It features a natural colour titanium sleeve, a black CNC machined end cap with a pentagonal outlet, and a silencer.

Collector and catalyst: the kit includes the specific collector in which the catalyst is mounted; it can be installed without cutting or making modifications, flanges, rings, supports, and screws are included if necessary.

Is it illegal to alter the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or the anti-tamper screws or to remove the mounting for road use and non-compliant with EU directives? This is only possible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Recommendations for installation: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to have the products installed in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
A specific homologation certificate is provided, as well as installation instructions; each silencer bears the homologation code. If you encounter problems during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, and to immediately request information and/or advice from customer service via email.
