No structural modifications to the motorcycle are required for installation in order to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or watch tutorials available on YouTube.
For online purchases, it is necessary to activate the warranty by sending the appropriate stamped coupon from the installation shop via email; for physical purchases, the store stamp is sufficient. The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use, and removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer takes responsibility for using the motorcycle on the track only, without saddlebags, without flashlights, and without a license plate holder or other parts that could conflict with the different throttle angle due to the transformation to a racing version. Misuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of the product warranty. From the date of purchase, there is a right to repair, with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer’s expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer as a replacement for the one being repaired, and the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
The new Grand Prix Evo Titanium silencer from GPR was created to celebrate its 20 years of presence in the MotoGP/Moto2/Moto3 world championship. The first Grand Prix line was introduced in 2005, coinciding with the debut of the Konica Minolta team and rider Makoto Tamada, as well as the LCR team and rider Casey Stoner. The silencer is conical, with a special shape that varies from a diameter of 90 mm to 130 mm in circumference and a length that varies depending on the motorcycle. It is equipped with a natural-coloured titanium sleeve, a black CNC machined end with a pentagonal outlet, and a silencer.
