No structural modifications to the bike are required for installation in order to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials available on YouTube.
For online purchases, it is necessary to activate the warranty by sending the appropriate coupon stamped by the installation workshop via email; for physical purchases, the shop's stamp is enough. The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as on the track only, without bags, without a flashlight and without a number plate holder or other parts that may conflict with the different throttle angle due to the conversion to racing version. Abuse of this situation on public roads will result in the loss of the product warranty. From the date of purchase, the right to repair is with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer’s expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer as a replacement for the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait for the standard time for the repair.
The new GPR Grand Prix Evo Titanium silencer was created to celebrate its 20 years in the MotoGP/Moto2/Moto3 World Championship. The first Grand Prix line was introduced in 2005, on the occasion of the debut of the Konica Minolta team and rider Makoto Tamada, as well as the LCR team and rider Casey Stoner. The silencer is conical, with a special shape ranging from a diameter of 90 mm to 130 mm in circumference and a variable length depending on the bike. It features a natural-coloured titanium sleeve, a CNC machined black end cap with a pentagonal outlet, and a silencer.
