GPR exhaust pot compatible with Kymco Ak 550 2017-2020, New Grand Prix Evo Titanium, approved and legal, complete exhaust system with catalyst and removable db killer.
No structural modification of the motorcycle is required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials visible on and on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for track use; removing the db killer is NOT ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as if on the track only, without saddlebags, without a flashlight, and without a license plate holder or other parts that may conflict with the different gas angle due to the transformation into a racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will lead to the loss of product warranty and any claim will be rejected. From the date of purchase, there is a right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
The new Grand Prix Evo Titanium silencer from GPR was created to celebrate its 20 years of presence in the MotoGP/Moto2/Moto3 world championship. The first Grand Prix line was presented in 2005, on the occasion of the debut of the Konica Minolta team and rider Makoto Tamada, as well as the LCR team and rider Casey Stoner. The silencer is conical, with a special shape ranging from a diameter of 90 mm to a circumference of 130 mm and a variable length depending on the motorcycle. It is equipped with a natural colour titanium sleeve, a black CNC machined end cap with a pentagonal outlet, and a silencer.

Db killers and removable catalytic converters? Altering welds on the db killer and the catalyst or anti-tampering screws or removing the attachment is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU directives; this is only possible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road does not comply with public road traffic regulations.
You may use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Recommendations for installation: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific certificate of approval is provided, along with the installation instructions; each silencer carries the approval code. If problems are encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and to immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service via email.
