GPR exhaust compatible with Yamaha Yzf R1-R1-M 2020-2025, New Grand Prix Evo Black Titanium, legal exhaust, approved, silencer with removable db killer and specific link pipe.
No structural modifications to the bike are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It's recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials available online and on YouTube.
For online purchases, you need to activate the warranty by sending the appropriate coupon stamped by the installation workshop via email; for physical purchases, the shop stamp is sufficient. The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for track use; removing the db killer is NOT just illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as if on the track only, without luggage, without a flashlight, and without a number plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the altered gas angle due to the conversion to a racing version. Abuse of this situation on public roads will lead to the loss of product warranty. From the date of purchase, there's a right to repair with return to GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
The new GPR Grand Prix Evo Black Titanium silencer was created to celebrate its 20 years of presence in the MotoGP/Moto2/Moto3 world championship. The first Grand Prix line was introduced in 2005, marking the debut of Team Konica Minolta and rider Makoto Tamada, along with Team LCR and rider Casey Stoner. The silencer is conical, with a special shape ranging from a diameter of 90 mm to 130 mm in circumference and a variable length depending on the bike. It is equipped with a black titanium sleeve treated with ceramics to withstand high temperatures, and CNC machined caps with a pentagonal outlet and db killer.

Are removable db killers? Altering the db killer welds or tamper-proof screws or removing the fixture is illegal for road use and not in line with EU guidelines; this is only allowed for use in RACING on tracks; using the open version on the road is not compliant with road network regulations.
WARNING: this item is approved for noise; the customer must check in advance whether the presence of the original catalyst or the GPR catalyst is necessary in their country to comply with the road traffic regulations and to perform the annual inspection.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Recommendations for installation: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to have them installed by a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of improper installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, along with installation instructions; each silencer bears the approval code. If problems are encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and to immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service.
