Warm, silky and with full coverage for bad weather days, like hiking, skiing or even commuting, theapex balaclava offers breathable protection from the elements. The apex is made of our 200g brushed realfleece® fabric, which is made from a very soft and warm blend of merino wool and nylon with a touch of lycra® for added stretch. The overlap opening offers better protection in bad weather and drops down under the chin in milder conditions. We also included a small ventilation flap over the mouth for better breathability and flat seams to eliminate chafing.
