Explore the floral ecosystem with the game Betula Petals, a captivating playful experience for strategy and nature lovers.
Blooming is a key moment in the plant cycle: a unique opportunity to spread to new areas and expand their territory. To this end, flowers deploy an ingenious strategy by calling upon tireless helpers: pollinators. Each visit from these insects significantly increases the chances of success for the plants. However, this excitement does not go unnoticed and eventually attracts many other animals.
Game objective:
Form as many flowers as possible by assembling the tiles as you go to attract pollinators and score maximum points. Make the most of the presence of other insects that do not pollinate but still have an impact on your flowerbed.
:
Draw a tile from one of the 5 stacks in the middle of the table and place it in front of you. Your flowerbed begins! On your next turn, draw another tile and connect it to your flowerbed by placing it next to a petal of the same colour (adjacent petals do not have to match). When a flower is formed, add a pollinator of the same colour in its centre, and continue on your next turn to expand your flowerbed by linking more petals (tiles). The game ends when a player exhausts the second-to-last stack of tiles (the 4th); then all players count their points.
