GPR exhaust compatible with Kawasaki Z 1000 Sx 2011-2016, New Grand Prix Evo Black Titanium, Pair of approved exhausts, delivered with removable db killer and specific connectors.
No structural modifications to the bike are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials available on YouTube.
For online purchases, it is necessary to activate the warranty by sending the appropriate stamped coupon from the installation workshop via email; for physical purchases, the shop's stamp is sufficient. The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for race use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as on the track only, without a pannier, without a flashlight, and without a number plate holder or other parts that could interfere with the different gas angle resulting from the transformation to race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of warranty on the product. From the date of purchase, there is a right to repair with return to GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
The new Grand Prix Evo Black Titanium silencer from GPR was created to celebrate its 20 years of presence in the MotoGP/Moto2/Moto3 World Championship. The first Grand Prix line was introduced in 2005, on the occasion of the debuts of Team Konica Minolta and rider Makoto Tamada, as well as Team LCR and rider Casey Stoner. The silencer is conical, with a special shape ranging from a diameter of 90 mm to 130 mm in circumference and a variable length depending on the motorcycle. It is equipped with a black titanium sleeve treated to be resistant to high temperatures, and CNC machined caps with a pentagonal outlet and db killer.

Removable db killers? Altering the db killer welds or the anti-tamper screws or removing the fastener is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU directives; this is only allowed for RACING use on circuits, and using the open version on the road is not compliant with road traffic regulations.
WARNING: this item is noise approved; the customer must check in advance whether the presence of the original catalyst or GPR catalyst is required in their country to comply with road traffic regulations and to carry out the annual inspection.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Recommendations for installation: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with the mounting instructions; each silencer bears the homologation code. In case of any issues encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and to immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.
