The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for track use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as if on the track only, without bags, without a flashlight and without a license plate holder or any other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle resulting from the conversion to a racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of product warranty and any warranty claims will be rejected. From the date of purchase, with the right of repair with return to GPR factory or nearest official distributor at the customer’s expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to remount the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
