No structural modification of the bike is required for installation to use the product in an approved version. The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the bike as on the track only, without bags, without torch and registration plate holder or other parts that could conflict with the different gas angle due to the conversion to racing version. Abusing this situation on the road will lead to the loss of product warranty, and any request for compensation will be rejected. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair returned to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
