In a constant effort to improve our products, innovate, and listen to our most demanding customers, whether in clubs or on the professional circuit, L-Tec Premium is offering, just a few months after the launch of the OS ParaDOX, a new version very slightly modified in terms of its composition, but mostly featuring a thicker gauge of 1.28 mm.

This increase in gauge addresses some customer feedback regarding the durability of the string, particularly during off-centre hits and on rackets with "very" open string patterns.

The use of the 1.28 mm gauge in hybrid with the 1.23 mm in the mains, or entirely in mains and crosses, has resolved 97% of early breakage issues with the OS ParaDOX. Additionally, the material provides extra flexibility compared to the first version with a 1.23 mm gauge, which the most sensitive players will notice.

Our latest recommendation regarding tension, given these developments, is to string this cord with a lower tension compared to a conventional string - Feel free to drop to around 20 kg. Test! - but now, in the case of 100% gauge 1.28 mm, apply equivalent tension for mains and crosses.
