No structural modification of the motorcycle is required for installation in order to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials available on YouTube.
For online purchases, it is necessary to activate the warranty by sending the appropriate coupon stamped by the installation workshop via email; for physical purchases, the shop's stamp is sufficient. The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as on a track only, without bags, without a flashlight and license plate holder or other parts that may conflict with the different throttle angle due to the transformation into a race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of product warranty. From the date of purchase, there is a right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reattach the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
The new Grand Prix Evo Titanium silencer from GPR has been created to celebrate its 20 years of presence in the MotoGP/Moto2/Moto3 world championship. The Grand Prix first line was presented in 2005, during the debut of the Konica Minolta team and rider Makoto Tamada, as well as the LCR team and rider Casey Stoner. The silencer is conical, with a special shape ranging from a diameter of 90 mm to 130 mm in circumference and a variable length depending on the motorcycle. It is fitted with a natural colour titanium sleeve, a black CNC machined end cap with a pentagonal outlet, and a silencer.
