The OTB100 Open Trap Bar makes deadlifts, shrugs, lunges, single-leg squats, farmer's carries and manyautres movements more accessible and effective than ever.
Both the top and bottom handles of the OTB100 Open Trap Bar are ergonomically designed with medium knurling, offering stability, balance and safety during intense lifts. Thanks to its innovative design, the OTB100 Open Trap Bar also features an integrated bar jack that lifts the weight sleeves above the sol, making loading and unloading the weight plates effortless.
The OTB100's 41.3 cm sleeves are designed to accommodate 50 mm diameter Olympic plates, and the bar has a robust load capacity of 450 kg.
