The 5kg weights of our initiation range are made of a thick plastic shell filled with air to have a large contact surface and to resist to your bar drops: no more soft bumpers that might break under the weight of the bar!

The weights remain rigid on the bar and can be dropped without fear (we nevertheless advise you to use a collar to reinforce the robustness of the set)
