GPR exhaust compatible with Suzuki V-Strom DL650 2012-2016, New Grand Prix Evo Titanium, approved and legal exhaust, silencer with mid-link pipe, removable db killer and catalyst.
No structural modifications to the motorcycle are required for installation in order to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials available on and on YouTube.
The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is NOT ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as if on the track only, with no saddlebags, no flashlight, and no license plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the transformation into racing version. Misuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of product warranty, and any claim will be rejected. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair by returning to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer’s expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
The new GPR Grand Prix Evo Titanium silencer was created to celebrate its 20 years of presence in the MotoGP/Moto2/Moto3 World Championship. The first Grand Prix line was introduced in 2005, at the debut of the Konica Minolta team and rider Makoto Tamada, as well as the LCR team and rider Casey Stoner. The silencer is tapered, with a special shape ranging from a diameter of 90 mm to 130 mm in circumference and a variable length according to the motorcycle. It features a natural colour titanium sleeve, a CNC machined black end cap with a pentagonal outlet, and a silencer.

Collector and catalyst: the kit includes a specific intermediate collector where the catalyst is mounted; it installs without cutting or modifying, the GPR intermediate collector mounts on the first original point where the original clamps are located.

Removable db killers and catalytic converters? Altering the welds on the db killer and catalyst or anti-tamper screws or removing the mounting is illegal for road use and does not comply with EU guidelines; this is only possible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road does not comply with road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
A specific approval certificate is provided, along with installation instructions, and each silencer bears the approval code. If you encounter problems during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and to seek information and/or advice from customer service via email.
