Intelligent third-generation product with the ability to adjust the speed limit of your electric bike.
Tuning SpeedBox 3.0 lets you arbitrarily set the speed limiters on electric bikes. After installing the setting, you can check actual values such as maximum speed, average speed, daily mileage and range.

How does SpeedBox 3.0 work?
You can activate SpeedBox 3.0 on the electric bike's display. After briefly activating the WALK function, the display will briefly show 9.9 km/h (6.2 mph), and from then on you can ride at unlimited speed.

To deactivate the tuning function, reactivate the WALK function. The display shows 2.5 km/h (1.6 mph) and the 25 km/h speed limit reapplies. The electric bike works as before the tuning was installed.

We're also ready for electric bikes that don't have a conventional control panel with WALK function. In this case, simply use the + - + + - button combination to activate SpeedBox. It can also be deactivated.

To set the maximum speed, you can switch from one mode to another: Turbo - EMTB - Tour - Eco - Tour - EMTB - Turbo. The current speed limit is displayed. To change the maximum speed, briefly press the WALK function or turn the steering wheel through 360°. The 1.5 km/h display corresponds to the 15 km/h limit, 2.0 corresponds to the 20 km/h limit, 2.5 corresponds to 25 km/h, 3.0 corresponds to 30 km/h, 9.9 corresponds to 99 km/h, and so on. The last limit displayed is saved after five seconds of inactivity.

When using SpeedBox 3.0 with 4th generation Bosch motors (year 2020 and above), the electric bike must be switched on after the end of the journey until the display shows a constant speed of 0.0 km/h. During this phase, the display shows a speed of 0.0 km/h. During this phase, the display shows the remaining time (in minutes). The bike can then be safely switched off and you can look forward to your next ride.

To connect the SpeedBox to an electric bike, we use colored connectors with a key for correct connection, so the product is really easy to install.
