Are db killers and catalytic converters removable? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or the anti-tampering screws or removing the mounting is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU directives; it is only possible for RACING use on circuits. Using the open version on the road does not comply with road traffic regulations on public roadways.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, as well as installation instructions; each silencer bears the approval code. If problems are encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, and immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service.

The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as if on the track only, without luggage, without a flashlight and license plate holder or any other parts that would conflict with the different angle of the gas due to the transformation into a racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty and any claim will be rejected. This starts from the purchase, with the right to repair returned to GPR or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to refit the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
