GPR exhaust compatible with Yamaha T-Max 530 2012-2016, New Grand Prix Evo Titanium, Homologated and legal, complete exhaust system with catalyst and removable db killer.
No structural modification of the motorcycle is required for installation in order to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials visible on and on youtube.
The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for race use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as if on track only, without bags, without flashlight, and license plate holder or any other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle following the conversion to race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of the product warranty, and any claims will be rejected. From the time of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer as a replacement for the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reassemble the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
The new Grand Prix Evo Titanium silencer from GPR has been created to celebrate its 20 years of presence in the MotoGP/Moto2/Moto3 world championship. The first Grand Prix line was presented in 2005, on the occasion of the debut of the Konica Minolta team and rider Makoto Tamada, as well as the LCR team and rider Casey Stoner. The silencer is conical, with a special shape ranging from a diameter of 90 mm to 130 mm in circumference and a variable length depending on the motorcycle. It is equipped with a natural colour titanium sleeve, a CNC machined black end cap with pentagonal outlet, and a silencer.

Collector and catalyst: the kit includes the specific collector in which the catalyst is mounted, it can be installed without cutting or making alterations, flanges, rings, supports, and screws are included if necessary.

Db killers and removable catalytic converters? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or anti-tampering screws, or removing the mounting is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU guidelines; this is only possible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road does not comply with traffic regulations on public roads.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Recommendations for installation: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, as well as the assembly instructions; each silencer carries the homologation code. In case of problems encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and to immediately request information and/or advice from customer service via email.
