The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for track use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the bike as on the track only, without saddlebags, without flashlights, and license plate supports or any other parts that may conflict with the different gas angle due to conversion to racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of product warranty, and any warranty claim will be rejected. From the date of purchase, with a right to repair with return to GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one for repair; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
