The VirtuFit Row 1.0 is a straightforward and easy-to-use rowing trainer. The trainer with adjustable elastomer resistance creates a smooth rowing motion. The ergonomic seat glides gently on a sturdy aluminium rail. The anti-slip pedals with adjustable foot straps ensure a secure grip for your feet. These anti-slip pedals pivot with you during your movement to always provide your feet with the necessary support for pushing.

LCD display with various workout data

On the LCD screen, you can choose which aspect of your exercise you want to track. The Row 1.0 tracks time, strokes, strokes per minute, and calorie burn. A simple button allows you to switch from one data point to another. Choose the scan feature to see the data sequentially. The display is powered by two AA batteries, so you don't need a power outlet.

Row at different resistances

This rowing trainer doesn't have a flywheel. The resistance comes from an adjustable elastomer. This sturdy resistance cable that you pull during your stroke retracts when you come back. As a result, you exert power not only during the stroke but also during the controlled movement back to the starting position. It's a movement without dead spots. This is beneficial for effectively developing your muscle strength and fitness and feels very natural. The resistance is adjustable in 4 positions with the resistance knob to make your workouts lighter or heavier.

Compact & portable

The VirtuFit Row 1.0 is a very compact rowing trainer. During exercise, its dimensions are 173 x 53 x 40 cm, and when folded, it measures only 95 x 40 x 101 cm. It's narrow and small enough for an apartment or other spaces where every metre counts. Additionally, this rowing trainer is very quiet during your workout so that others are not disturbed by the noise of your rowing session. After your workout, you can easily move the machine due to its lightweight; thanks to the unique resistance system, it weighs only 13.3 kg.
