Distance between pedals (Q factor): 5cm - The Q factor describes the distance between the pedals. While the distance between the feet is 120 to 150 mm for walking, it is narrower for running, which is between 80 and 100 mm. A low Q factor provides advantageous ergonomics during running workouts on the elliptical machine.

The ability to share data and connect with like-minded fitness communities is essential for any athlete, regardless of the sport they're interested in. Connecting to third-party FTMS apps may require a subscription that is not included in your Spirit Fitness purchase.

Zwift is an app for cyclists, runners, and triathletes that makes indoor training fun. It allows athletes to reach their fitness goals in virtual worlds designed for a global community. Two categories of training are available for Zwift users: Running and Cycling. Athletes can train on treadmills, connect their stationary bike, or a special accessory (subscription to the smart tablet and app not included).

Kinomap is the largest geolocated video sharing platform in the world, with thousands of videos from the best routes worldwide. It's a subscription-based training app that allows users to access an entire library of videos submitted by other users from around the globe. Kinomap syncs with your equipment and reacts to incline and resistance, as shown by the video on your screen. The app offers a wide selection of compatible equipment, including treadmills, ellipticals, upright bikes, and rowers.
