Duke GTX is the new low-cut shoe from Kayland - your perfect partner for fast and lightweight hiking across various types of terrain.

SOLE
The sole unit of Duke GTX has been designed to provide maximum comfort in all situations and on all types of terrain - no matter how challenging they are. The foot makes direct contact with the dual-density EVA midsole, which features a soft, hugging area for the foot and a high-density ESS area just above the outsole. The Vibram® Duke sole, with the bi-tone XS Trek EVO compound, has windows through which the ESS midsole is visible.

UPPER AND LINING
The upper of the Duke GTX is made of fabric and features seamless PU overlays and the Gore-Tex Invisible Fit membrane directly laminated onto the upper, ensuring exceptional lightness and optimal protection against the elements.
The boot lacing system incorporates the Smart Lacing System, which guarantees quick and precise lacing in all situations. With the Ankle Lock system, they provide a snug fit and excellent ankle support.
The Overlasting construction of Kayland offers great shock protection, while the rubber toe cap protects the foot even on the toughest and rockiest terrains. Additional PU inserts provide even greater protection, especially around the ankle and heel.

FIT
The legendary comfortable and snug fit of Kayland further evolves with the design of the Duke GTX, which features an anatomical shape that perfectly conforms to the contours of the foot.
