The elastic leather Western girth from EDIX, shaped like a crescent, is perfect for horses whose girth tends to slip forward and/or for horses with a round belly.

These girths are often ideal for horses with a short back, wide ribcage and/or a narrow chest. The specific shape of the girth allows for elbow movement, ensuring the horse has enough freedom to move. The three parts of leather are anatomical and have very soft padding, providing a large contact surface which ensures an even distribution of pressure.

These wide leather sections are connected by a triple elastic to ensure a firm and constant attachment while also providing great comfort for your horse. The durable elastic with suitable elasticity for your horse's strength protects the saddle from undesirable forces caused by fluctuations in your horse's abdominal circumference during riding. The elastic of the girth continually adjusts in length according to the horse's movements, allowing the horse to breathe well and properly use its belly, keeping the saddle in place with constant tension. This ensures your horse's comfort!

This girth features a centred D-ring for attaching additional reins and stainless steel buckles to protect your billets from wear. All the fittings on the girth are silver in colour.
