Discover the modern and sporty elegance of the cow suede trainers Enterprise Japan, the perfect blend of style and comfort.
The ENTJPN 61 is born within THE ARCHIVE SERIES, the project by Enterprise Japan dedicated to the contemporary reinterpretation of archive shoes. A research exercise where proportions, materials, and visual codes are reinterpreted through the brand's DNA.
Inspired by 1960s running shoes, the silhouette is sleek and light, with essential volumes that recall the aesthetic of classic sportswear. The clean and functional design expresses a sporty attitude, made to last over time and support daily movement.
The sand-coloured suede upper highlights the minimalist construction and emphasizes the dynamic lines of the profile, while the EJ rocket logo lightens up to transform into an essential sign, almost like a Japanese kanji: a graphic line that unites movement, identity, and culture into one form. The tongue with the heritage label evokes the image of university competitions from the 1960s.
The thin sole, characterized by a deliberately worn effect, introduces time as a design value: an aesthetic sign that bestows identity and authenticity to the sneaker.
ENTJPN 61 pays tribute to the spirit of the 1961 Osaka Universiade, a symbol of discipline, youthful energy, and a training culture. An essential model that transforms sports heritage into a contemporary, clean, and timeless form.
