Discover the suede sneakers Enterprise Japan 61, combining sports heritage and contemporary design for an unmatched style.
The ENTJPN 61 is born from THE ARCHIVE SERIES, the project by Enterprise Japan dedicated to the contemporary reinterpretation of archive shoes. It's a research exercise where proportions, materials, and visual codes are reinterpreted through the brand's DNA.
Inspired by 1960s running shoes, the silhouette is sleek and light, with essential volumes that recall the aesthetics of classic sportswear. The clean and functional design expresses a sporty attitude, built to last over time and accompany daily movement.
The sky blue suede upper highlights the minimalist construction and illuminates the dynamic lines of the profile, while the EJ rocket logo lightens up to transform into an essential sign, almost like a Japanese kanji: a graphic stroke that unites movement, identity, and culture into a single form. The tongue with the heritage label evokes the imagery of university competitions from the 60s.
The thin sole, characterized by a deliberately worn effect, introduces time as a projected value: an aesthetic sign that gives identity and authenticity to the sneaker.
ENTJPN 61 pays tribute to the spirit of the 1961 Osaka Universiade, a symbol of discipline, youthful energy, and training culture. An essential model that transforms sports heritage into a contemporary, sleek, and timeless form.
